Lesson Outline: Participants will get to learn how to make the different batters for a decorative swiss roll cake (7-inch Width x 3-inch Height). You will also be taught how to decorate your favourite shapes, hearts and decorative designs. Learn how to bake and roll your cake!

Swiss roll cakes are already so delicious with yummy cake and silky cream filling. How is this going to get any better?

Well, I have news for you! Now, you get to decorate your very own custom design on your cakes! Flowers! Abstract! Shapes! Cute characters! Batik Designs! and MORE!!

What is included in the lesson fees: Recipe, materials, tools and 1 Deco roll cake ( Vanilla cream filling).
What do you need to bring?: Please bring your container to put your Deco roll cake in (Min. size for container is 9′ x 5′ Height : 4′)

**Students will work in group of 2 or 3 to bake the components, but will frost and decorate their own 7-inch roll cake individually,

1. Duration of class might be extended instead of the stipulated timings.
2. Fees for scheduled classes must be paid fully in advance to secure your booking.
Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
3. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given.
4. Payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place.
