1.0 Studio Baking Instructors (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to keep our customers happy

    • Proactively initiate and maintain good relationship with customers
    • Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for baking in fun and positive way
    • Ensure all equipments are cleaned after lessons
    • Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins
    • Persuade customers to purchase our lessons to acquire a new hobby, have a better and healthy lifestyle.
    • Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, handle customer complaint, answer phone enquiries etc.

Requirements:
This role is perfect for those who love to be up and about, constantly engaging with people, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. You are a good team player who able to multitask and work independently. Able to work during evenings and weekends. Applicants with sales or culinary background will be an added advantage. If you’re fresh graduates, with no experience are welcome to apply too!

2.0 Admin & Customer Happiness Executive (Full Time/Internship)

Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to keep our customers happy

    • Handle enquiries and complaints via calls, live chats and email
    • Ensure all calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner
    • Share your ideas and hold the strong belief that any role can carry impact when done with hard work and passion
    • Be a subject matter expert of My Weekend Plan from the point-of-view of customers to back-end production. There’s always something new being developed so this is an ongoing challenge
    • Influence the direction of My Weekend Plan. Talk to customers, put yourself in their shoes, identify and recommend changes/optimization to improve everyone’s experience
    • Assist in Administrative work, prepare quotation, invoices and related paperwork
    • Be accountable. You are the voice of the customers. You need to proactively seek for action and solution until each concern of customer is addressed
    • Working closely with pioneering team, executing various marketing initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:
This role is perfect for those who love to be up and about, constantly engaging with people, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. You must be able communicate in a clear and engaging manner. Even better if you are fearless and bold when it comes to engaging with people. You must have grit and be very hard working. A can-do attitude is absolutely necessary. These qualities beat technical skills or grades. You must also be a self-regulating, independent person who is accountable, passionate, and able to collaborate effectively with others. Brownie points if you are skilled in accounting background!
