The event will begin with a fun, immersive welcome as teams form and engage in energizing icebreakers. Participants will be introduced to a playful storyline where they must calm Queen Alison by completing baking missions. Teams will collaborate to bake and decorate cookies and cakes while developing creative business concepts around them. Throughout the experience, communication, leadership, and problem-solving are key to progressing in the simulation. The event concludes with storytelling, reflection, and a final presentation to earn the Queen’s approval.
