Ingredients:

Powdered Sugar 30g

Corn starch 20g

Low gluten flour 65g

Dark Chocolate coin 50g

Eggs 20g

Chocolate Chips 30g

Cocoa powder 5g

Butter 80g

 

Steps:

1. Butter softens at room temperature, add sugar and mix well, whisk it with a egg beater until fluffy.

2. Add whole egg in batches to disperse evenly.

3. Sift low powder, corn starch, cocoa powder, then cut the dough and mix evenly.

4. The dough is kneaded until it becomes longer, divided into ten portions.

5. Take a flattened piece, wrap it with three pieces of chocolate coins, and put chocolate chips on top of it.

6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

8. Delicious and rich chocolate favorite! Fall in love in one second!
