The Ingredients:
Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Maida Flour 1 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Milk 2 tsp
Steps:
- Sift maida/flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt together and mix.
- In another bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Then mix the dry ingredients and yogurt gradually. add milk and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Brush oil on mould and place baking paper. Pour the batter and smoothen the surface. steam the mould inside a 5-7 minutes preheat curry pan in low medium heat for 35-40 minutes. For the oven, bake at 180c preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
