Policy

What is your lesson cancellation policy?

We do not encourage our Providers or Students to cancel the lesson as both parties have already made an effort to reserve the date for this lesson and are looking forward to proceed with the lesson. In the event our Provider cancels the class, please do inform us via email (support@myweekendplan.com.my) or Whatsapp ( 011 5622 8672 ). We will find a similar class for you to attend or refund you 100% of the fees.

In the event a student needs to cancel a booked class, cancellation more than 5 days prior to the date of the class, the option to reschedule to another class is available (subject to availability within that class) or 100% full refund.

Cancellation of a class 3-5 days prior to the scheduled class, only 50% fee shall be refund or the option to reschedule(subject to availability within that class).

A cancellation of a class within 48 hours of the scheduled class, the full amount of the class will be forfeited and no option to reschedule will be available.

What if a Provider asks me to pay outside of My Weekend Plan's website?

Please let us know; this should never happen

My Weekend Plan handles the billing and payments for all lessons through our secure website. As part of our service, our students are protected by our 100% Refund Policy and our Providers are paid for lessons taught.

If a Provider asks you to pay for lessons via cash, cheque, or another website, please decline and let us know by emailing support@myweekendplan.com.my or calling (60) 11 5622 8672. We’ll be happy to follow up with the Provider to resolve the confusion and/or connect you with a new Provider. Providers who ask students to pay for their lessons fees outside of My Weekend Plan website are subject to be removed from our platform.
