Lesson Outline :
✨(1) Pollo alla cacciatora (Hunter’s Wife’s Chicken) 🥦🥕
– A heart-warming Chicken dish in traditional farm recipe, using a lot of provincial vegetables and herbs.
✨(2) Sformato di Patate
(Potato Gratin with Smoked Scamorza Cheese) 🥔🧀
– A rich cheesy potato dish that brings winter right to your door step. It can be used as a side dish or a main course to go with some salad.
✨(3) Pere al forno con vino speziato (Pear baked in spiced wine) 🍷🍐
– A light dessert with red wine. The aroma will bring you to heaven.

Tracy Poon-Peverali Introduction:
Born in Hong Kong, Tracy lives in Malaysia with her Italian husband Alberto, who enjoys cooking at home and invites friends and work contacts for dinners. Tracy has been well exposed and learns to appreciate Italian cuisine.
She fondly recalls the excited faces and smiles of their guests when they listened to first-hand stories of Italian culture and tasted the home-cooked Italian dishes that were so different from outside restaurants.
In 2010, Tracy decided to set up a private kitchen to share traditional Italian dishes. People could Pre-book a home-cooked dinner via the Facebook page “Pittolo Private Kitchen”. This special dinner, Tracy only does it once a month. In the past few years, news about Pittolo Private Kitchen has been gradually reported in famous magazines and radio channel. Upon request, Tracy started to teach some simple yet delicious Italian dishes. She is looking forward to meet you and share her love of Italian cuisine.
