Student Guidelines

Mainly My Weekend Plan provides interactive baking workshops, it is suitable for individual, couples, families or community. Meanwhile, we also do have group workshop like cooking, arts & craft, personal development, photography and many more (Minimum 5 students to open this class option.). If you are not able to find a class that is right for you, do let us know and we will try our best to seek what you are looking for.

Our Classes

Our Providers take the time to build customized lesson plans for each of their participants, as well as prep for each scheduled lesson. As a result, in order to schedule lessons with our Providers and reserve their time, we require lessons to be paid in advance. Lessons are typically purchased in advance as part of an initial lesson package. In the event one of your upcoming lessons with our provider is unpaid, we will notify you via email and ask that you log into your account to pay prior to attending that lesson.

Rest assured that even though lessons are required to be paid in advance, you are covered by our flexible refund policy that allows you to get a refund for any unused reward points. So there is no risk to paying for lessons in advance. If something changes, do contact us and we will rectify the situation.

Our 100% Refund Policy applicable ( YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY )

1. If any point of time, a lesson is cancelled by our Provider, we will GUARANTEE you a 100% refund of all fees paid.
2. If any point of time, a lesson is postponed by our Provider, you have the option to be enrolled to the next available class similar to the one you booked, or be offered a 100% refund.

Once you’ve booked your lesson, please check your email inbox for a Confirmation Email from My Weekend Plan, which will include the payment details for your lessons. Please give us 1 working day to confirm your payment.

After confirmation, our team will contact you and connect you with our Provider. You are welcome to contact our Provider to confirm your first lesson time and discuss where is your lesson located, if needed. We also encourage you to discuss your goals and ask any questions you have at this time.

Our Providers are ready to assist you and give you the best experience, so don’t be afraid to speak up. And of course, if you ever need to adjust your schedule, you can contact our Provider and make the necessary arrangements.

When it comes to finding the perfect instructor, you’ll want to select someone who teaches the age group you’re looking for. Our Providers list their age preferences directly in the lesson description. For cake and bread courses, applicants can be 9 years olds and above.

Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or transfers to another class will be given. The payment will be fully forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you arrange for someone to attend in your place. Please inform us of the person who will be attending in your place via email at [email protected]

After booking your lesson with us, you will receive a confirmation email, within one working day, that will have the payment details.
You can make the payment via Debit Card/Credit Card, ATM or online bank transfer to My Weekend Plan.
