What are your Provider Guidelines?

My Weekend Plan

A platform that brings enthusiastic individuals who want to share their knowledge and skills with the curious minds of Malaysia. You can be our provider or a student, both of which will greatly benefit from My Weekend Plan (MWP).

1. Providers will sign up for a PARTNER ACCOUNT and begin listing their classes and experiences. Participants will choose which experience they are interested in, then book their slots with MWP.
2. After receiving payment for the experiences, a confirmation email will be sent to the participants with the experience details.
3. MWP will handle the billing accordingly as stated in the terms of Listing.

Requirements to be our Lesson Provider

We would love to work with you if you have the intention to teach and willingness to guide other people with your skills. Either you work as individual, have a team or from education institution, My Weekend Plan will help to market your class effectively!

What is your cancellation policy?

Provider Initiated Cancellations

A Provider is strongly NOT encouraged but may cancel their Services after their Services has
been purchased by Participants. These are MWP’s cancellation terms that Providers will agree
upon;

    1. Providers will be subjected to a penalty of RM200 which will be deducted from the
      deposit that was given to MWP.
    2. The conditions to waive the cancellation charges will only apply if;
      a) All registered Participants from MWP agrees to reschedule AND
      b) Notice of postponement is given at least 48 hours before the agreed upon date
      and time.
    3. Participants are entitled to a full refund if Participants reject the Provider’s offer to
      reschedule to another date and time. In such cases, Providers must inform MWP to perform the refund procedures on the Provider’s behalf.
    4. If a Provider cancels 3 or more times within a year, MWP may deactivate the Provider’s
      Service listing for the next 6 months.
    5. Providers are responsible for ensuring that Participants and MWP are notified and aware
      of the cancellation.

Participant Initiated Cancellations
Participants are not entitled to refunds if they decide to not to participate in the Services provided by the Provider. However, Participants can transfer their attendance voucher to a friend if they are not able to make it or forfeit their attendance. However, if the Provider is able to
accommodate to a rescheduling for the Participant, they are to do this at their own discretion.
MWP will process this transaction as attended.

Can My Weekend Plan students pay me directly?

No. All payments must go through My Weekend Plan.

As part of our service, My Weekend Plan handles all billings and the scheduling for our Providers. This includes the initial package as well as the billing for all subsequent workshop. Per our terms and conditions, workshops must be paid for in advance and payment is processed through www.myweekendplan.com.my directly.

It is under the agreed policy that My Weekend Plan handles the billing and payments for all workshops through our secure website.

If an instructor asks to pay for lessons via cash, check, or another website, students are asked to decline and inform My Weekend Plan immediately by letting us know by emailing support@myweekendplan.com.my or calling (60) 16 691 2722. Providers who ask students to pay for their workshops fees outside of My Weekend Plan website are subject to be removed from our platform.

Can I decide which Students to accept?

As a Provider of My Weekend Plan, it is your responsibility to notify My Weekend Plan of any cancellation or closing of workshop bookings. If you did not notify us, My Weekend Plan will assume that the workshop is on and Providers are still accepting students.

What is your Privacy Policy?

WHAT WE COLLECT

We may collect the following information:

  • Personal information including name, age, gender, and job title
  • Contact information including telephone numbers and email address
  • Demographic information including postcode, home address, office addres
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers including preferences and interests
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
