Requirements to be our Lesson Provider
We would love to work with you if you have the intention to teach and willingness to guide other people with your skills. Either you work as individual, have a team or from education institution, My Weekend Plan will help to market your class effectively!
A “Getting to know you” session will be conducted where our MWP team will ask you a few questions about the lessons and the instructor to better understand the aim, purpose and details of the lessons.
During this session, we will also further explain the role, responsibilities, policies and procedures of MWP and answer any questions that you may have regarding this partnership.
We will also require a site visit to further understand and experience your lesson so that we can better promote and market your lesson for you on our marketing mediums.

We provide free services for listing your classes. We assist to market your classes across our large pool of students and social medias. You will have a FREE profile, and a great deal of students can access our site and discover your lessons! It’s 100% risk free without any upfront payment.

We constantly organize marketing campaigns. We have nationwide lesson fairs to attract more students and cultivate the culture of learning. You can tap onto My Weekend Plan to increase your lesson exposure in different areas of Malaysia.

Listing of Service
Lessons that are to be listed at My Weekend Plan’s Website will only be conducted on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Information for lessons to be conducted on weekdays can be provided. MWP will use this information for group or corporate inquiries if any. However, this details will not be listed in our website.
Class listings should be submitted to MWP at least 4 weeks before class date for the following reasons
Under certain circumstances if the lesson provider is not able to adhere to this timeline, exceptions may be made. Please contact us at support@myweekendplan.com.my for further details.
Service Charges
Great news! There are no monthly subscriptions for listing your classes at My Weekend Plan. It is totally 100% risk free, you do not have to pay us any upfront fees. Meanwhile the only service charge from MWP is when we have received a paid student for your class. After we have placed the paid student to your class, we will automatically deduct our service charge of 15% from the lesson fees, and the balance will be transfer back to your bank.
A sales summary will be sent to you for review within the first week of the following month. After your acknowledgement of the amount to be transferred, then will we transfer the said amount according to the billing details that you have provided us. (this whole process is estimate to be completed within 2 days depending on your quick response.)
Events
For the service of coordinating Events (defined as workshops with its own unique terms and conditions, not listed nor paid directly through MyWeekendPlan.com.my), My Weekend Plan collects a 15% commission on all fees paid.
Examples of Events include corporate team building, workshops and event demonstrations.
Payments
As a lesson provider of My Weekend Plan, you agree that all transactions with your My Weekend Plan students will be processed through us. At no point should you accept money directly from your My Weekend Plan students. Other sites charge an up-front listing fee, an ongoing membership fee, or they charge you for each lead. Not us! We only make money when you do! Failure to comply with this guideline will result in your immediate removal from our site. That means our partnership would be over, and nobody wants that!
We will send our Lesson Providers a sales summary of the previous month in the first week of the following month. After which, you must acknowledge the amount to be transferred, only then will we transfer the said amount according to the billing details that you have provided us.
My Weekend Plan will make payment to your designated bank account via Internet Banking.
Please allow at least 3 working days for the payment to be processed by your Financial Service Provider.
Lesson Provider Initiated Cancellations
These are our cancellation terms that lesson providers will agree upon;
In such cases, simply inform us and we will perform the refund procedures on your behalf.
At any time the class has been filled, Lesson providers are obligated to notify My Weekend Plan to disable the booking feature. Do note that your lesson will still be listed on our website. After 6 months of inactivity for any of your listed class, your product page will be taken down as we will assume that this class will no longer be available in the future. If you would like to list the class again, just let us know your lesson details and we will process your listings for you.
Student Initiated Cancellations
If customers seeks to cancel a booking, My Weekend Plan will handle such cases on your behalf.
More than 3 days before the scheduled lesson, if a Student wishes to cancel their booking with a lesson provider, they are able to do so. However, no monetary refund is available. My Weekend Plan will convert the lesson fees into Reward Points to be used for another lesson, be it from the same lesson provider or a different one. In such cases, Lesson Providers understand and agree that students are able to change their lesson and / or lesson providers at least 3 days before their scheduled lessons if they so chooses.
If students wish to cancel their scheduled lesson within the 3 days before the lesson, they are not allowed to transfer their credits to another class. Nevertheless, they are able to transfer their attendance voucher to a friend if they are not able to make it for the class.
However, if the lesson provider is able to accommodate to a rescheduling for the students, they are to do this at their own discretion. My Weekend Plan will process this transaction as attended.
Absenteeism
In a case of student absenteeism, lesson providers are obligated to notify My Weekend Plan within 3 days after the lesson has been conducted. This is to possibly find out why the student did not attend your class in hopes to improve our services.
Declining Students
When you list your lessons with us, you will be asked for the maximum capacity of your lesson. We will follow that capacity unless you have filled in the slots with non-My Weekend Plan students. At this point, do contact us to inform us to close the registration for your lesson. If we do not receive any request, we will remain the closing date for registration 3 days before the commencement date, unless you have opted for a different closing registration time frame.
Feedback forms
After each weekend, students will be sent a feedback form where they can rate and give My Weekend Plan feedback of their lesson. Every 3 months, we will send a feedback form to our lesson providers to provide My Weekend Plan with feedback on our services and also to state any improvements that can be done to make your experience as our lesson provider a better one (February, May, August and November).
Pricing of Classes
Classes listed on My Weekend Plan which are also listed on your own website or through third-party providers (other e-commerce sites) should be priced uniformly. This is to prevent price discrimination to My Weekend Plan students.
Minimum pricing of the lessons is RM50.00 per package.
For classes over RM400.00, Lesson providers can opt for a no refund policy and a maximum of 50% deposit to be deposited into their account before the event to to assist in the funding of the class/ event.
Marketing and Intellectual Property
You grant permission to My Weekend Plan to use material from your listed classes (copywriting, images, etc) for marketing purposes across various channels such as Search Engines, Social Media and Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs). This material still remains your Intellectual Property.
