He completed his diploma studies in Culinary Arts at UiTM Permatang Pauh, and further her studies in Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Culinary Arts Management in Penang and currently doing his postgraduates study.

After graduation, he opens an online bakery shop making cakes and cookies in his hometown Sungai Petani, Kedah. Other than that, he also conduct a few cooking classes and cooking demo event and also involve in publishing a cookbook with a celebrity chef.
He believes that cooking and baking is the perfect way to show our love and affection to someone else. A mother trying to learn how to bake for her family is the most purest thing ever.

Hi everyone! I’m Azlina Tan, your provider! I love baking and cooking since I’m 15 years old. Slowly, the hobby turns into a passion, and now it becomes a carrier! I have 7 years of experience in baking. I have culinary and baking background, and I had experienced worked in The Light Hotel Penang, King’s Confectionery Sdn Bhd, Seri Banjar Ikan Bakar, Convex Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur. I believe that desserts are food to the eyes, so we need to pay extra attention to the value of cakes brought forth artistically and flavor wise. Each baking process is a fun and relaxing journey, and every cake creation has its own story and beauty! Come and join me, so I can share my knowledge with anyone who wishes to learn, and have some fun together!
